Yes. Paste them in or upload a CSV, and show them alongside the new ones.
Will you ever change what my customers wrote?
Never. Their words are kept exactly as they gave them. If something has to be hidden, it is redacted separately and the original stays untouched.
Can customers record a video on their phone?
Yes, right in the browser on their phone or computer, with nothing to install. They can upload a video instead if they prefer.
